Hi, yes — it has been a very very long time since I wrote my last blog post. I have no excuses, other than being busy like always but I’m back! I just started a new job as an assistant beauty editor so that’s really fun. Since you’ve heard from me last I’ve gotten my hands on a lot of new beauty products and I’ve been dying to tell you about them. So, without further ado, here’s what’s I’ve been using in my skincare routine recently. And may I just say, my skin has been looking really, really good recently.

I’ve been using this face wash for about two months now and my skin is looking better than ever. Its gel formula is non-drying and super gentle. The probiotic cleanser really purifies my skin and helps rebalance it, helping me experience fewer breakouts.

Dr. Jart+ Water Fuse Ultimate Hydro Gel
New York has been really, really cold this winter. I’ve been using this hydro gel by Dr. Jart+ as a night cream every day and wake up with glowing, hydrated skin. The formula is pretty thick so it doesn’t wear well under makeup in my opinion, but I love it for some extra hydration at night.

Farmacy Honeymoon Glow AHA Resurfacing Night Serum with Hydrating Honey + Gentle Flower Acids
This resurfacing night serum has been my go-to for gently exfoliating. Right now I’m trying to get rid of some old acne marks on my skin so I’ve been using it once or twice a week as a final step in my nighttime skincare routine. It causes a slight tingle at first but your skin adjusts to it.

L’Occitane Pivoine Sublime Skin Perfector Serum
This skin perfecting serum smells like roses which makes applying it every morning feel like a dream. I love to wear it under makeup as it provides a lightweight, smooth, matte base for foundation application.

Thayers Witch Hazel Alcohol-Free Toner Facial Mist
This mist is one of my absolute favorite drugstore finds. When I say I use it every day, twice a day, I mean it. It’s the second step of both my morning and nighttime skincare routine, following my cleanser. It helps rebalance and hydrate my skin and prep it for the rest of my products. So far I’ve tried the rose, cucumber, and coconut toner by Thayers and I love them all!

No surprise here but this mask is pretty great! I love to use it once a week to gently exfoliate. It smells amazing (like real pumpkin spice) and leaves my skin glowing instantly. I love that it’s a two-in-one, mask and exfoliant in one.
